First Weekly Moms in Law School (MILS) Roundup

I'm going to start a weekly roundup of posts by moms in law school (or pretty close on one side or the other). I know I'm not even in law school yet, so I hope no one finds this presumptuous of me, but I thought it would be nice to highlight the posts each week that would be most useful or interesting to other moms in or thinking about starting law school. I know I don't know about all the blogging moms in law school, so if you are a mom in law school (or about to start) with a blog and you are not in my blogroll or if you know of someone who is not in my blogroll and should be please let me know. So, without further ado, my roundup of the best posts this week by moms in law school:

Oh I love this idea. Disappointed I didn't think of it myself.

Ditto Butterflyfish. I think it's important to show that mothers can successfully attend law school and have a career. The news talks way too much about "Mommies" fleeing the law.
Thanks for doing this!

Peanut Butter Burrito is newly pregnant and a Harvard 3L.
Lag Liv is pregnant (due any day) and heading into her 3L year.
Law School Mama is a 3L mother of two (3?) children and she writes Adventures of Law School Mama. All of the URLs are in my blogroll under "Law School Moms" if you can't find them.

Would you consider rotating roundup duties? Maybe some of us could volunteer to take it on and we could have a schedule for it?

PT-LawMom,
Sure, we could rotate it among whoever is interested. Do you want to do it next week? I'll ask butterflyfish if she wants to be in the rotation also.

Sounds great! Shall we keep it on Sundays? I'll make a calendar entry to remind myself. :)

Yes, I think Sundays are good. Looking forward to your post next week!

I'm not anywhere close to being a mom, but I wanted to say yay for you guys! My mom was a law school mom, and I certainly didn't realize at the time what a big deal it was, so I'm just stopping by the round-up to say you guys are awesome and amazing.
